cause your my lil bister!
Sometimes it takes a minute to close your eyes, a few seconds to catch your breath, a moment to calm the battle between your mind and your heart, and a good look in the mirror to know that tomorrow is always worth waking up for.
So today i went to the gym after class for the first time in a few weeks. I must admit that these past few weeks got me pretty lazy. All i wanted to do was hangout considering all of the festivities. Well summers right around the corner and i need to get back on my grind and stay healthy. I weighed in at 144lbs today and im trying to reach 155-160lbs. Lets see how long this will take me -_-

Moment of the Day:
Accepting that sometimes being vulnerable only reveals the key to your strengths.
GREETINGS, YOUTH OF AMERICA.
The eyes of the world are upon us. They’re upon you. They’re wondering what you’re gonna do. They’re wondering what you’re gonna go out there into the world and do. Are you going to do beautiful things? Amazing things? Peaceful things? Nothing things? Or are you gonna fuck it all up? But no, no, we’re not gonna do that. We’re not what they say about us in the press. We’re not lazy, no. We’re not indiscriminate to the suffering of all the human beings all around this planet.
We’re the youth of America and we’re gonna go out there and turn this planet into a peaceful, loving, harmonious, great place to live. So with that, go out there and be active. Go out there and do something. Start a garden, start a mentorship, adopt a puppy, adopt someone else’s puppy. Do something great. Go out there and say, “hey, I’m the youth of America! And I’ma change this fucking place for good!”
